Identify and actively prospect new potential clients in the Quebec market, through outbound calls, emails, social media (LinkedIn), and other channels
Own the full sales cycle for new client acquisition from prospecting through to closing
Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals, pricing, and solutions aligned with client objectives and budget
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, while meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets
Lead the initial program set-up with new clients and ensure a smooth, complete hand-off to Client Services team for ongoing relationship management
Build new relationships through a proactive approach, sustained networking, and participation in industry events
Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective clients
Maintain the CRM with prospecting history, notes, opportunity status, and pipeline documentation
Provide the marketing and product teams with feedback on Quebec market trends and competitive intelligence
Work to meet and exceed sales targets (new clients, revenue, margin) and contribute to the organization's growth and revenue objectives
Skills & Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, paired with 5+ years of B2B sales experience and a strong track record in new client acquisition
Experienced in business development and consultative selling, ideally within the Martech, software solutions, or print industry, with previous experience selling in the Quebec healthcare market an asset
Established professional network within the Quebec business community, with a strong personal brand that lends credibility and opens doors with prospective clients
High level of comfort managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, including responding to RFPs
Excellent negotiation and contract closing skills
Tenacious and resilient attitude - comfortable with high-volume activity and rejection, with intrinsic motivation to exceed targets
