Business Development Executive – MENA - based in Dubai

• Represent Valtech as a go-to-market leader and consultative sales partner in MENA.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring net new clients across key sectors.
• Take ownership of the full end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution design, pitch, and closure.
• Leverage existing networks and contacts to build key new business relationships and continue expanding your network.
• Drive a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, partner referrals, and your own network.
• Collaborate with the regional marketing and demand generation team to support lead generation activities and campaigns.
• Work closely with Valtech’s strategic technology partners in the region, including Optimizely and Sitecore, as well as hyperscalers such as Google, to identify and close co-sell opportunities.
• Accurately manage forecasting and pipeline activity using Salesforce CRM.
• Stay up to date with Valtech case studies, capabilities, and the evolving digital services landscape.
• Actively participate in networking events, industry forums, and partner activations across the region.
• Support accurate revenue forecasting by providing a well-balanced and realistic view of the opportunity pipeline.

• Proven experience in business development or sales within a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Experience selling complex, multi-year engagements across digital experience, strategy, data, and technology solutions and services.
• An existing network in MENA, ideally including enterprise decision-makers and C-level contacts, is a strong advantage.
• Confident leading consultative sales conversations and delivering compelling business cases.
• Comfortable owning and delivering on multi-million revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of MENA industry landscapes, particularly in T&H, Retail, Financial Services, and the Public Sector.
• Personal drive to get things done right and fast, with the ability to adapt to change with urgency.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
• Ability to influence and engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Arabic is not essential but would be a strong advantage.
