Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers across e commerce, retail, manufacturing, trading, and enterprise sectors
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
- Promote and sell logistics solutions including Waslah, Warehousing, and Land Freight
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding
- Prepare proposals and commercial offers tailored to customer requirements
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain industries preferred
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE Driving License

Overview
- We are looking for a driven and results oriented Business Development Executive – Logistics Solutions to join our commercial team in the UAE.
- This is a hunting focused role responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth across our logistics solutions.
