Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business leads across private and government sectors
- Build and maintain a strong network with developers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders in the construction industry
- Promote the company’s services including project management, cost consultancy, contract administration, FM Services and feasibility studies
- Contribute in preparation of proposals, EOIs, pre qualification documents, and tender submissions
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company
- Track and report on business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activity
- Maintain CRM systems and databases to track prospects and pipeline status
- Support commercial negotiations and handover of acquired projects to operations team
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals align with project delivery capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 9 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in construction consultancy, project management, or engineering firms
- Strong understanding of construction consultancy services and local market dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- AI skilled is a must
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and proposal documentation

Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with regional regulations and tendering practices is a plus.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets from new clients.
- Number of new client meetings and presentations conducted per month.
- Pipeline conversion rate from lead to project award.
- Number of proposals and tender submissions made per quarter.
- Growth in client database and expansion into new market segments.
- Client satisfaction score and feedback post award.
- Timely follow up and closure of business leads in CRM.
- Number of industry events, forums, or exhibitions attended annually.
