Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, FM companies, contractors, construction companies, consultants, and developers.
- Generate leads and expand the company's customer base.
- Meet prospective clients and present the company's building materials products and services.
- Convert inquiries and leads into sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Regularly visit clients to understand their project requirements and provide solutions.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Resolve customer issues related to deliveries, product quality, or payments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and business opportunities.
- Prepare periodic sales and business development reports for management.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and business development within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of building materials products.

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Resolve customer issues related to deliveries, product quality, or payments.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and business opportunities.
- Prepare periodic sales and business development reports for management.
Pay
- AED 3,500.00 AED 4,500.00 per month
