Key Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential customers, FM companies, contractors, construction companies, consultants, and developers.
  • Generate leads and expand the company's customer base.
  • Sales and Client Acquisition: Meet prospective clients and present the company's building materials products and services.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into sales opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Regularly visit clients to understand their project requirements and provide solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Resolve customer issues related to deliveries, product quality, or payments.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic sales and business development reports for management.

Pay

  • AED 3,500.00 AED 4,500.00 per month
