Business Development Executive

Overview

• Digital Diraction is a Dubai-based social media and content marketing agency working with F&B, hospitality, retail, and education brands across the UAE.
• We’re looking for a well-connected sales professional who can open doors and bring in new clients through their own network in Dubai.
• This is a role for someone who already knows the market restaurant owners, retail operators, brand managers, business owners and can turn those relationships into signed retainers.
• What you’ll do
• Bring in new agency clients through your personal network and referrals in Dubai
• Identify businesses that need social media management, content production, and paid ads
• Pitch our services, prepare proposals with our team, and close deals
• Attend meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings to build the pipeline
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to onboarding handover
• Maintain your pipeline in our CRM and report weekly on progress
• What we’re looking for
• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in the UAE, ideally selling marketing, media, or agency services
• A strong, active network of business owners and decision-makers in Dubai — this is essential
• Proven track record of closing deals independently
• Fluent English; Arabic or Urdu/Hindi is a plus
• UAE driving license preferred
• Self-driven, presentable, and comfortable pitching at owner/GM level
