Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Present end-to-end POS acceptance solutions to merchants across retail, restaurants, hospitality, food and beverage, and other sectors.
• Cross-sell POS hardware and software, loyalty programs, and other value-added services.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new merchants by recommending suitable solutions.
• Manage merchant contract signing, documentation, and submission processes.
• Train merchants on subscribed value-added services.
• Negotiate MDR and commission rates, POS rentals, and value-added service pricing.

Requirements

• Two to three years of BDO sales experience or three to five years for senior BDO scope in payments or banking is advantageous.
• Established network of contacts within the retail sector.
• Ability to identify potential buyers and create demand for POS terminals.
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and computer literate.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Arabic is advantageous.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, resilient, and persistent.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, plan, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
