- Pitch and close new business, from cold outreach through to signed retainer
- Work directly with creative and account teams to shape proposals that win
- Own revenue targets and be accountable for them
Requirements
- Track record of closing new business from an agency (not brand side or corporate BD)
- Can name the last three deals closed, the size, and how they were obtained
- Understand retainer based agency economics, not just one off project sales
- Comfortable in rooms with CMOs and decision makers, and equally comfortable doing outbound work
- 3 5 years agency experience

Overview
- TwoTone is a Dubai based creative, PR, and digital agency working across tourism, retail, aviation, and engineering sectors.
- We're not hiring someone to 'manage relationships.' We're hiring someone to bring in revenue.
What you'll actually be doing
- Building and running your own pipeline of prospective clients across UAE and GCC markets, not waiting for leads to land in your inbox
- Pitching and closing new business, from cold outreach through to signed retainer
- Working directly with our creative and account teams to shape proposals that win, not generic decks that get ignored
- Owning revenue targets and being accountable for them, not just activity metrics
What proves you can do it
- A track record of closing new business from an agency, not brand side or corporate BD
- You can name the last three deals you closed, the size, and how you got them, without hesitating
- You understand retainer based agency economics, not just one off project sales
- You're comfortable in rooms with CMOs and decision makers, and equally comfortable doing the unglamorous outbound work to get there
What doesn't work for this role
- Corporate BD backgrounds with no agency exposure
- Anyone whose 'wins' were inherited accounts rather than new business they personally closed
- People who need a script to have a sales conversation
