About AIRA EdTech

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients across industries.
  • Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Connect with HR Leaders, Learning & Development professionals, CXOs, Founders, Operations Heads, and decision makers.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client learning and training requirements.
  • Present AIRA EdTech's AI powered corporate training solutions through virtual meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into long term clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, SaaS, EdTech, HR Solutions, Training, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in prospecting, lead generation, and closing business opportunities.
  • Self motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent relationship building and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, cold email outreach, or similar sales tools is an advantage.

Compensation

  • Commission only, performance based opportunity.
  • Unlimited earning potential with no commission cap.
