About the Role
AIRA EdTech is looking for a commission-based Business Development Executive to generate B2B leads and sell AI-powered corporate training solutions. The role involves prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential corporate clients across industries
- Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels
- Connect with HR Leaders, Learning & Development professionals, CXOs, Founders, Operations Heads, and decision makers
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client learning and training requirements
- Present AIRA EdTech's AI powered corporate training solutions through virtual meetings and product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract closure
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into long term clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's growth
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, SaaS, EdTech, HR Solutions, Training, or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confidence in prospecting, lead generation, and closing business opportunities
- Self motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Excellent relationship building and consultative selling skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, cold email outreach, or similar sales tools is an advantage

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, SaaS, EdTech, HR Solutions, Training, or related industries.
