- Identify, develop, and acquire new corporate clients requiring working capital and trade finance solutions
- Promote and sell financial products including Working Capital Finance, Invoice Discounting, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Trade Finance Solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and key decision makers
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach
- Understand client financing requirements and propose suitable financial solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of transactions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives
Requirements
- 5 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, Corporate Banking, or Financial Services
- Proven experience selling or managing Working Capital Finance, Invoice Discounting, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Trade Finance Products
- Experience within a Bank, Fintech, NBFC, Trade Finance Institution, or Financial Services organization
- Strong network within the SME and corporate banking ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
