- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to maximize performance and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within the energy industry, with proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of the energy market landscape in the UAE and Middle East region
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
