Responsibilities
- Create and maintain global marketing materials including fact sheets, brochures, and presentations
- Gather and centralize experience lists for pitches, RFPs, and submissions
- Assist with pitches and RFPs, gather materials and oversee production
- Coordinate and compile directory and award submissions (Legal 500, Chambers)
- Assist with coordination of newsletters and content development
- Provide support for K&S hosted events and conference sponsorships
- Conduct research on clients, competitors, and market trends
- Support client targeting and business planning efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of marketing and business development related activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality

Role Overview
- As a member of the global Marketing and BD team, the Business Development Coordinator provides support related to marketing materials, pitches and RFPs, events, award submissions, competitive intelligence research, marketing operations, and new business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain global marketing materials
- Gather and centralize experience lists
- Assist with pitches and RFPs
- Coordinate directory/award submissions
- Assist with newsletters
- Provide event support/coordination
- Support conference sponsorships
- Conduct research, tracking & reporting
- Support client targeting & business planning
- Assist with lateral onboarding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Relevant legal business development/marketing experience preferred
- Knowledge of marketing and BD activities required
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
Compensation & Benefits
- Anticipated full time annualized salary range: $70,000 $80,000 (New York)
