We're looking for an ambitious, proactive, and go-getter Business Development Intern to join our team.

This internship will give you hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, marketing campaigns, and business development while learning how businesses build relationships, generate opportunities, and drive growth.

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the Business Development team to identify and connect with potential clients.
• Assist with cold calling, client communication, follow-ups, and virtual meetings to generate and qualify leads.
• Support the execution and tracking of email and other outreach campaigns for lead generation.
• Assist in researching prospects, understanding client requirements, and maintaining lead databases.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop and implement outreach and growth strategies.
• Support the team in achieving weekly and monthly lead generation and business development goals.
• Learn and apply effective sales, communication, and client acquisition techniques under the guidance of the team.
• Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and campaign performance and share regular updates with the team.

• Passing year: 2026, 2027
• Background in Management, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration , or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, confident, and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and virtual meetings.
• Strong learning attitude with an interest in business development, sales, marketing, and consulting .
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, internships, or college-level leadership roles is a plus.
