- Conduct comprehensive market research and qualification to identify expansion opportunities in core sectors
- Develop detailed market scans, competitor benchmarks, and macroeconomic trend analyses
- Draft high impact briefing notes, pitch decks, and commercial proposals
- Provide end to end support for complex commercial proposals and strategic pilots
- Manage and update business development follow up tracking systems
- Develop and maintain stakeholder maps to track key decision makers in KSA
- Coordinate inputs across Operating Companies to synthesize a unified business development pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in business development, market research, management consulting, or corporate analyst role
- Familiarity with at least two target industries (Logistics, Healthcare, Aviation, Infrastructure, Technology/Data Centers)
- Solid understanding of KSA business landscape and government procurement
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic highly advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Job Brief
- The Business Development Associate will drive growth and market expansion across KSA.
- Based in regional offices, you will identify, research, and qualify high value opportunities across Land, Aviation, Healthcare, Data Centers, and Logistics.
- You will act as the engine of the business development team, translating market data into actionable insights, crafting pitch materials, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence & Opportunity Qualification: Conduct sector research, deliver actionable insights.
- Pitch & Proposal Management: Create content, coordinate design, support commercial bids.
- Pipeline Management & Operations: Maintain BD momentum, stakeholder mapping, cross functional alignment.
Your Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 2 4 years in business development, market research, management consulting, or corporate analyst role, preferably in GCC/KSA.
- Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with at least two target industries (Logistics, Healthcare, Aviation, Infrastructure, Technology/Data Centers).
- KSA Market Nuance: Solid understanding of KSA business landscape, government procurement, and corporate protocols.
Your Proficiencies
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English required; bilingual Arabic highly advantageous.
