About Junior's Fashion Week
Junior's Fashion Week is a kids' fashion platform established in 2016.
The organization creates experiences for children and brands through fashion shows and related opportunities.
UAE Location
- The role is based in Business Bay, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential parent participants for UAE fashion shows.
- Pitch the value of Junior's Fashion Week and guide parents through registration.
- Build relationships with parents and understand their expectations.
- Serve as the primary parent contact during registration and resolve queries.
- Coordinate with marketing to align strategies and maximize outreach.
- Attend and support fashion shows and promotional events.
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or client management is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Effective persuasion and negotiation skills are required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic CRM knowledge or willingness to learn is required.
- Spoken Arabic is preferred.
- Passion for children's fashion and events is an advantage.
