Position Overview

  • We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Representative & Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • This role combines new business development with client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and events.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand marketing objectives and business challenges.
  • Present marketing, branding, digital, and creative services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Account Management: Build strong, long term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery with creative, digital, and production teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in advertising, marketing, media, digital marketing, or B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building abilities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, branding, and content marketing.
  • Existing network of business contacts within the UAE.
  • UAE driving licence (preferred but not essential).
