The employer is hiring a Business Data Analyst for a client on a contract basis.
The role supports data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency for a company in the data infrastructure and analytics industry.
Compensation
- The stated payout is $50 to $60 per hour.
Location
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
- Validate data integrity and ensure consistency across datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently with unstructured data and large-scale datasets.
