- Develop the Emergency Response Risk Management Framework
- Conduct Operational Risk Assessments
- Develop Risk Registers and Risk Treatment Plans
- Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- Develop Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
- Identify Critical Activities and Recovery Strategies
- Support Emergency Response Process Reengineering initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Participate in emergency simulation exercises
- Ensure alignment with ISO 22301 and global best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong background in Business Continuity and Operational Risk Management
- Previous experience delivering government sector projects is highly preferred
- Professional certifications such as CBCI, ISO 22301, PMI RMP, or ISO 31000 are highly desirable
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (Arabic is mandatory)
- Currently residing in the State of Qatar
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Overview
