Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and retail forex traders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing IBs and clients to maximize trading activity and retention
- Promote the company's forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and other trading products
- Meet monthly sales targets for client acquisition, deposits, and trading volume
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and client meetings to explain trading platforms and services
- Support clients throughout the account opening, KYC, funding, and trading process
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in Forex, CFDs, or Financial Services Sales
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing Introducing Brokers (IBs) and retail trading clients
- Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs, leverage, margin, and trading platforms such as MT4/MT5
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Job Summary

Pay
- AED5,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month
