Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation by translating strategic objectives into executable business architecture and use case implementations
- Build end to end business capability journeys for each digital use case
- Design conceptual and logical business architecture in collaboration with business focal points
- Manage the full requirements lifecycle (gathering, analysis, insights, design, sign off, and delivery)
- Ensure business processes and procedures are designed and mapped effectively
- Optimize user journeys and articulate business value, outcomes, benefits, and financial gains
- Develop and maintain business architecture including design documents, current and target state architecture, and reference models
- Build and maintain financial models for digital transformation, optimizing costs and ensuring value creation
- Lead change management processes to ensure smooth transitions to digital transformation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5~6 years of relevant experience in business architecture
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation and business capability
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification; BPMN training or equivalent
- Business analysis certification (e.g., IIBA CBAP or PMI PBA) or equivalent experience

Job Purpose
- The Business Architect Expert drives digital transformation by translating strategic objectives into executable business architecture and use case implementations.
- The role builds end to end business capability journeys for each digital use case, designs conceptual and logical business architecture, and manages the full requirements lifecycle.
- The position ensures business processes and procedures are designed and mapped effectively, user journeys are optimized, and business value is clearly articulated and realized.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
- Digital Use Case Enablement and Delivery: Define scope, objectives, and success criteria; develop integrated delivery plans; coordinate with Product/Project Managers; track execution progress; validate delivered outcomes.
- Business Capability Journey Development: Map end to end capability journeys; identify capability gaps; prioritize capability changes; establish measurable outcomes and KPIs; maintain a reusable capability catalog.
- Conceptual and Logical Business Architecture Design: Create conceptual business architecture views; produce logical architecture models; ensure alignment with enterprise standards; conduct design reviews; maintain version controlled artifacts.
- Architecture tools and deliverables: Develop and maintain Business Architecture (Target & Current) within the EA Repository; design and maintain business landscape; maintain EA Repository; lead current state baseline; document technology trends; update EA repository.
Professional Certifications
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification; BPMN training or equivalent.
- Business analysis certification (e.g., IIBA CBAP or PMI PBA) or equivalent experience.
- Certified ArchiMate 3.0 (preferred).
- SAFe/Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master), Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) (preferred).
- Value management/benefits realization credentials or demonstrable practice (preferred).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (minimum).
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation and business capability.
- Min of 5~6 years of relevant experience in business architecture.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
