Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation by translating strategic objectives into executable business architecture and use case implementations
- Develop end to end business capability journeys for each digital use case
- Design conceptual and logical business architecture in collaboration with business focal points
- Manage the full requirements lifecycle (gathering, analysis, insights, design, sign off, and delivery)
- Ensure business processes and procedures are designed and mapped effectively
- Optimize user journeys and articulate business value, outcomes, benefits, and financial gains
- Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts including design documents, current and target state architecture, and reference models
- Build and maintain financial models for digital transformation, optimizing costs and ensuring value creation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5 6 years of relevant experience in business architecture
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
- BPMN training or equivalent
- Business analysis certification (e.g., IIBA CBAP or PMI PBA) or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Job Purpose
- The Business Architect Expert drives digital transformation by translating strategic objectives into executable business architecture and use case implementations. The role builds end to end business capability journeys for each digital use case, designs conceptual and logical business architecture

Key Activities
- Architecture Work: Develop and maintain business architecture including design documents, current & target state architecture, business capability, reference models, principles, process & procedures diagrams, manuals, templates
- Business Analysis: Develop and manage the full lifecycle of business analysis including requirement management, stakeholder analysis and gap assessment, user story designs
- Financial Management: Build and maintain financial models for digital transformation, optimizing costs, and ensuring value creation
- Strategic Planning: Lead and contribute to the organization's strategic planning by aligning digital initiatives with business goals
- Promoting & Change Management: Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions to digital transformation
Qualifications
- Min: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Pref: Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Professional Certifications
- Min: TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification; BPMN training or equivalent; Business analysis certification (e.g., IIBA CBAP or PMI PBA) or equivalent experience
- Pref: Certified ArchiMate 3.0; SAFe/Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master); Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt); Value management/benefits realization credentials
Experience
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation and business capability
- Min of 5~6 years of relevant experience in business architecture
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
