Role Overview

The position connects design quality, project delivery, clients, people, and commercial performance.
Studio Leadership
- Lead studio operations across Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape.
- Guide senior teams and manage key client relationships.
- Drive programmes and resources.
- Make decisions, solve problems early, and protect delivery quality.
Commercial and Delivery Management
- Manage project delivery, clients, people, programmes, and resources.
- Monitor scope, fees, variations, and profitability.
- Maintain close oversight of commercial performance and project quality.
Professional Background
- A professional architectural background is required.
- Suitable backgrounds may include Senior Associate, Associate Director, Design Director, Studio Director, Partner, or Senior Architect within a strong architectural practice.
