Role Overview
Settle is seeking a 3D Modeler / Architectural Visualizer for its design team in Dubai.
The role supports high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and masterplan projects across the Middle East.
What You’ll Do
- Create highly detailed architectural and interior 3D models.
- Develop models from AutoCAD, Revit, sketches, and design concepts.
- Produce photorealistic architectural visualizations.
- Create realistic materials, lighting, landscaping, and environments.
- Work closely with the design team to develop concepts into compelling visuals.
- Handle revisions accurately and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SketchUp skills.
- Excellent rendering skills using Corona, D5, or Lumion.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of architecture, interiors, materials, lighting, and composition.
- Ability to model accurately, not only create beautiful images.
- Fast, organized, and comfortable working to project deadlines.
- An excellent architectural visualization portfolio is essential.
