About the Role
CIBC Mellon is looking for a Business Application Support Analyst to support Recordkeeping & Pension Benefits system applications and processes. You will execute configuration changes, support statement production, and act as liaison between business operations and IT.

Responsibilities
- Support Unitholder statement and confirm production processes, including executing statement jobs, reviewing output, responding to inquiries and addressing investigations
- Execute configuration changes for Unitrax, DCCM, WealthLink and WealthDoc
- Adhere to SOC/audit controls and procedures
- Execute investment product changes and launches with a strong focus on risk mitigation
- Support inquiries about Recordkeeping application functionality
- Support client discussions on application of existing functionality to meet client business needs
- Assist with issue resolution related to Recordkeeping applications
- Generate reports and develop queries to meet client and operational needs
- Liaise between business operations and Information Technology
- Analyze, define and document business requirements for the line of business
- Analyze and map business workflows or processes for process improvement and automation opportunities
- Provide BA support when deploying system enhancements
Requirements
- University education or equivalent post secondary
- Three years of related experience
- Knowledge of various products within the Mutual Funds and Pooled Funds industry
- Systems knowledge of Unitrax, dCCM, WealthDecisions, WealthLink and WealthDoc
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate ability in Excel
- Intermediate knowledge of macro development, VBA programming and scripts, Microsoft SSRS Report development, PC SAS
- Working towards completion of an industry recognised certification in Business Analysis
- Canadian Securities Course and/or IFIC Operations Course
- Time management, leadership, organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills

Position Overview

Qualifications
- University education, or equivalent post secondary
- Three years of related experience

Salary Band
- The salary band for this position ranges between CAD 70,000 CAD 110,000.
- Individual pay is determined by factors such as job related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training, and internal equity.
