About the Role
The Business and Process Analyst will lead requirements gathering and support delivery planning and implementation of initiatives from the Continuous Improvement Plan.
The role supports better outcomes for older Australians through operational process and technology improvements.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Analyse, design, and improve operational processes and technology while identifying productivity and cost-saving opportunities.
- Gather and document requirements, assess risks and impacts, and map current and future-state processes.
- Manage delivery plans, outcomes, milestones, timelines, stakeholder alignment, JIRA boards, and leadership reporting.
- Coordinate sign-off, testing, rollout, training, coaching, communications, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Support ad hoc initiatives including documentation updates, urgent customer communications, supplier research, vendor quotes, and user acceptance testing.
