Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring data integrity and reliability by supporting data loading processes, monitoring data quality, and contributing to the overall governance and sustainability of the analytics ecosystem.
Analytics Strategy & Execution
Translate business objectives into an analytics delivery roadmap.
Ensure consistent delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
Provide leadership on complex initiatives across business and technology.
Accountable for delivery outcomes, quality, and adherence to analytics standards.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
Analytics, Reporting & Insight Delivery
Oversee development of analytics using Tableau and enterprise platforms.
Ensure insights are executive-ready with clear narratives and recommendations.
Guide scalable solution design including data models and KPIs.
Technical Direction & Data Enablement
Provide technical oversight using SQL, Python, and PowerShell.
Partner with Data Engineering and ETL teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience highly desired.
• 8+ years of experience solving business problems through analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of Python and PowerShell.
• Extensive experience with BI tools, including Tableau.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Cisco. (Workday experience desired)
• Strong understanding of BI architecture, ETL, and analytics engineering.
• Ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive-level communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience coaching and developing analytics team members in operational or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with statistical or advanced analytical techniques.
• Experience with analytics prioritization and capacity planning.
• Recognized analytics or BI subject matter expertise.
