- Engage with corporate banking, operations, and product teams to gather requirements
- Analyze current state cash management processes and define future state solutions
- Prepare BRD, FSD, and user stories
- Act as bridge between business and IT, conduct workshops and discovery sessions
- Coordinate with vendors
- Define test cases and scenarios, support SIT and UAT
- Support implementation lifecycle, assist in training and go live, provide post go live support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 8–10 years banking experience
- Minimum 5 years of Cash Management Platform experience (e.g., Intellect, Oracle, Infosys, AurionPro)
- Knowledge of API Integration (REST/SOAP), File Formats (XML, ISO, CSV), Data Mapping & Interface specification
