About the role

  • Join a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering high quality digital experiences for our clients.
  • You’ll be part of a group of business analysts, developers, and client specialists working together to build and enhance web based portals that support Benefits programs.
  • In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs.
  • Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of web portal solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are user friendly, accessible, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Contribute to the successful migration and implementation of client portals.

What You’ll Accomplish Together

  • Lead requirements gathering through workshops and client interactions.
  • Break down complex needs into clear, structured documentation.
  • Collaborate on solution design and estimation discussions.
  • Support development teams by clarifying requirements.
  • Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are applied.
  • Contribute to release documentation and communication.
  • Manage priorities across multiple projects with tight timelines.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years Business Analysis experience.
  • 3+ years web portal/digital platform experience.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Experience working with developers and QA teams.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with documentation and functional specs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Pension / Defined Benefits experience.
  • Accessibility knowledge (WCAG).
  • Technical knowledge (SQL, SSO, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python).
  • Release management experience.
  • Bilingual (French and English).

Salary

  • Annual Salary range: 48,300.00 69,000.00 80,000.00 CAD Annual.
