- 3+ years Business Analysis experience
- 3+ years web portal/digital platform experience
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Agile methodology experience
- Experience working with developers and QA teams
- Client facing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Pension / Defined Benefits experience (nice to have)
- Accessibility knowledge (WCAG) (nice to have)

About the role

- You’ll be part of a group of business analysts, developers, and client specialists working together to build and enhance web based portals that support Benefits programs.
- In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
You will
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs.

- Ensure solutions are user friendly, accessible, and aligned with client expectations.
- Contribute to the successful migration and implementation of client portals.

Salary
- Annual Salary range: 48,300.00 69,000.00 80,000.00 CAD Annual.
