Business Analyst

What We’re Looking For

• Post-secondary degree or diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
• Two to four years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• At least two years of experience working in Scrum-based teams and creating user stories.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member as required.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across the organization, including at senior levels.
• Ability and willingness to mentor, coach, and train junior members.
• English proficiency is required for applicable Canada-wide roles when communicating with customers, advisors, or employees.
