- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
- Maintain end to end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business validation activities.
- Facilitate change management and ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in solution design discussions and impact analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise projects.
- Experience in Requirements Elicitation, Use Cases, Process Documentation, Requirements Traceability, and UAT Support.
- Proficiency in requirements documentation: BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, or Functional Specifications.
- Experience with process modeling: BPMN, UML, Process Flow Diagrams, or Swimlane Diagrams.
- Knowledge of project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem solving skills.
- Experience working with cross functional business and technical teams.

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions by gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support to ensure successful project delivery.

- Experience with API integrations and system integration projects.
- Familiarity with SDLC OR DevOps OR CI/CD concepts.
- Experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, or cloud based solutions.
- Exposure to change management and business process reengineering initiatives.
- Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, Government, or Enterprise IT projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex requirements across multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
