About the Role
A senior Business Analyst/QA Consultant with deep expertise in Finastra EQUATION Core Banking System is needed to support implementation, testing, and business process analysis. The role requires 5+ years of experience with Finastra EQUATION and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Review BRS and prepare Function Specification for development and/or test cases
- Perform business process analysis and mapping
- Manage defect life cycle and execution status reporting
- Conduct test scope analysis and regression testing
- Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures
- Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems
- Track and document changes to business specifications
- Create and assist others in writing user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training
- Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings
- Answer questions about applications for all team members and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or related technical field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Finastra EQUATION Core Banking System support and implementation
- Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing
- Understanding of Systems integration with Core Banking systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic is preferable
- Strong computer software MS Office skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline oriented environment
- Customer service oriented

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field.
- Should have a minimum of continuous 5 or more years of experience in ‘Finastra EQUATION’ Core Banking System, support, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing BRS (Business Requirements Specifications) and preparing the Function Specification for development and/or test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
- Business process analysis and mapping.
- Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting.
- Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing.
- Understanding of Systems integration with Core Banking systems.
- In depth experience in Core banking system and loan administration systems.
- Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
- Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures across the group various business and support functions.
- Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.
- Track and document changes to business specifications.
- Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training.
- Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.
Required Skills
- In depth and high competence in ‘Finastra EQUATION’ Core Banking System
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English, Arabic is preferable.
- Possess strong computer software MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline oriented environment.
- Team work and integration with reporting hierarchy.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct.
- Ability perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and Vendor contacts.
- Planning and organizing ability.
- Handling assigned task with commitment and responsibility.
- Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
Pay
- QAR 16,000.00 QAR 17,000.00 per month
