Business Analyst-Process

Job Description

Process Mapping & Analysis: Document, analyse and optimize business processes across Sales & Pursuits workflows, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Quantitative Process Analysis: Use data from Salesforce, Power BI and other systems to analyse process performance, cycle times and throughput to uncover trends and performance bottlenecks

Business Case Development: Quantify improvement opportunities through cost-benefit analysis, ROI modelling and scenario analysis to support prioritization and decision-making

Process Standardisation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates and frameworks that promote consistent and scalable delivery

Automation Collaboration: Work closely with the Automation stream to translate process insights into executable workflow automations that reduce manual effort and increase consistency

Performance Measurement: Work with the broader OGT to build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track process efficiency, throughput and business impact

Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues, lead discovery sessions and recommend structured improvement actions.

Knowledge Management: Maintain a centralized repository of process maps, governance documents and performance metrics to ensure transparency and repeatability

Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable process insights
