- Identify cross team dependencies and ensure smooth coordination
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog in alignment with priorities
- Develop strong understanding of backend systems, workflows, and data mappings
- Support defect triage and root cause analysis
Requirements
- Canadian Insurance knowledge
- Strong experience with Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) and process facilitation
- Ability to gather and document requirements and enhancements
- Experience breaking down requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
- SQL and Mongo knowledge preferred
