- Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and translating financial process needs into functional specifications for the IT team.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the ERP system to meet back office operational and financial needs.
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvement opportunities and leveraging ERP functionalities to enhance financial workflows.
- Ensure system quality by developing and executing test plans, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating resolution with the IT team.
- Train and support end users, create training materials, and provide continuous assistance to optimize ERP usage.
- Provide application support for the ERP and connected systems, ensuring system performance and timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in project management for ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Maintain data integrity through data migration, validation, and quality control within the ERP system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Overall experience: 5 to 10 years
- Relevant experience: 3 to 7 years in a similar ERP or financial systems role
- Fluent in English and French, spoken and written
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework
- Hands on experience with NetSuite ERP
- Comfortable working in a cross functional environment involving finance and IT
- PMP certification (an asset)

- Overall experience: 5 to 10 years.
- Relevant experience: 3 to 7 years in a similar ERP or financial systems role.
- Fluent in English and French, spoken and written (required).
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
