Responsibilities
- Support the planning, design, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance group
- Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process and system improvements
- Partner with cross functional teams to document business requirements, analyze data, and optimize end to end business processes
- Prepare and deliver analytical reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support Finance leadership
- Support the planning, coordination, and optimization of internal inventory counts across more than 1,650 stores nationwide
- Prepare quarterly inventory count results and updates to Regional District Managers
- Coordinate improvements related to environmental and regulatory compliance reporting and audit readiness
- Participate in vendor reviews and evaluations
- Prepare quarterly updates on Finance initiatives, including roadmaps, status reporting, and key milestones
- Support Finance Managers with development, tracking, and continuous improvement of internal KPIs
- Manage project timelines, process documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, finance or analytical role
- Experience working with large ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and data interpretation skills

Job Summary
- The Business Analyst, Finance will support a broad range of initiatives across the Finance function, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, analytics, and cross functional collaboration.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the planning, design, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance group;
- Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process and system improvements; develop and recommend practical solutions;
- Partner with cross functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT) to document business requirements, analyze data, establish timelines and priorities, and optimize end to end business processes;
- Prepare and deliver analytical reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support Finance leadership and operational decision making;
- Support the planning, coordination, and optimization of internal inventory counts across more than 1,650 stores nationwide;
- Prepare quarterly inventory count results and updates to Regional District Managers;
- Coordinate the planning, design, and execution of improvements related to environmental and regulatory compliance reporting and audit readiness;
- Participate in vendor reviews and evaluations to ensure cost effective and high quality service deliver;
- Prepare quarterly updates on Finance initiatives, including clear roadmaps, status reporting, key milestones, risks, and priority action items;
- Support Finance Managers with the development, tracking, and continuous improvement of internal KPIs;
- Manage project timelines, process documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination with IT and Finance stakeholders;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field;
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, finance or analytical role;
- Experience in a retail or high transaction volume environment is an asset;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and data interpretation skills;
- Experience working with large ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong asset;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with financial reporting tools, AP automation solutions, or process improvement initiatives, is a strong asset;
- Strong attention to detail with a structured, analytical mindset;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment;
- Process‑driven approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement;
- Ability to translate complex data and processes into clear, actionable insights.
