- Guide and mentor other Business Analysts within the project team

- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior client executives
- Document findings and present recommended solutions to stakeholders
- Provide business analysis support within Agile project environments
- Develop high level functional and non functional requirements
- Create use case views and detailed use cases
- Facilitate requirements workshops with clients and technical teams
- Communicate requirements clearly and effectively to technical team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Banking Business Analyst
- Strong interpersonal skills with well developed written, verbal, and presentation abilities
- Goal oriented, results driven, and highly client focused
- Experience in strategic and operational business planning
- Knowledge of change management and communications practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Your future duties and responsibilities

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Banking Business Analyst

- At least 5 years of related IT experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Capable of performing with minimal supervision

Pay Range
- CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is CAD 60,000.00–CAD 110,000.00.
