- Ensure workshop outputs are documented, communicated, and tracked through to completion
- Support change initiatives, process improvements, business transformations, and strategic planning activities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to promote engagement and alignment

Position Description
- The Workshop Facilitator is responsible for planning, coordinating, facilitating, and documenting collaborative workshops that support organizational, business, and technology initiatives.
- Working closely with project teams, subject matter experts, leaders, and stakeholders, the facilitator guides structured discussions to gather requirements, validate solutions, identify opportunities for improvement, build consensus, and support informed decision making.
- The role ensures workshops are well organized, engaging, and outcome driven, resulting in clear actions, decisions, recommendations, and next steps.
- This role plays a critical part in enabling effective collaboration, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving successful outcomes across projects, programs, and organizational initiatives.
Your future duties and responsibilities

Pay Range
- A reasonable estimate of the current range is CAD 90,000–CAD 140,000.
