About the Role

Primary Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of NPI projects and strategic Operations initiatives.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, risks, actions, decisions, and project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, readiness reviews, stage-gate reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
• Create status reports, dashboards, executive reporting packages, and operational performance reports.
• Support prototype, qualification, pilot, and production launch builds and track production readiness.
• Administer project workflows and reporting in Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence.
• Gather requirements and create business processes, use cases, reporting requirements, training instructions, and departmental practices.
• Develop process maps, standard work instructions, operational procedures, and workflow documentation.
• Support reporting automation, process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Provide project updates to management and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ERP systems, manufacturing systems, and reporting tools.
• Experience creating dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, communication, facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is an asset.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or technology environments is an asset.
• Understanding of AS9100, ISO9001, or other regulated industry standards is an asset.
• CAPM, Agile, Business Analysis, or Project Management certifications are assets.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is required with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• The role requires broad theoretical job knowledge.

Employment Requirements

• Applicants must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program and obtain and maintain a positive security assessment.
• Some positions may require Government of Canada Reliability status or Level 2 Secret security clearance.
• Pre-employment substance abuse testing may be required.
