Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, epics, user stories, process flows, and BRDs
- Act as key liaison between business and technology teams
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to support project delivery
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including planning, execution, and business sign off
- Analyse and optimise existing business processes, customer journeys, and operational workflows
- Prepare and maintain documentation including BRDs, process maps, use cases, and business impact assessments
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and business objectives
- Contribute to initiatives involving customer onboarding, KYC, customer lifecycle management, and digital transformation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across banking products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services environments
- Strong understanding of Retail Banking and/or Corporate Banking, Digital Banking Platforms, Customer Onboarding and KYC Processes, Customer Lifecycle Management, Core Banking Systems
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design
- Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, SQL
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience within UAE banking institutions or international corporate environments.
- Knowledge of Open Banking, Banking APIs, FinTech integrations.
- Exposure to enterprise wide digital transformation programmes.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI PBA, CSM.
- Experience across full customer journey including onboarding, servicing, retention.
- Familiarity with banking regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
