- Experienced Business Analyst (5+ years) with strong knowledge of mortgage products in banking, responsible for gathering requirements, improving processes, and supporting delivery of mortgage solutions.
- **Key Responsibilities:*** Gather and document business and system requirements
- Analyze mortgage processes (origination, underwriting, servicing)
- Work with stakeholders (business, IT, risk, operations)
- Support product enhancements and system implementations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in testing (UAT) and solution validation
Requirements
- **Requirements:*** 5+ years as Business Analyst in banking
- Strong experience in mortgage/lending products
- Knowledge of mortgage lifecycle and regulations
- Experience with core banking / loan origination systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
