About the Role
ANZ is hiring a senior-level Business Analyst to support high-priority customer servicing transformation and business improvement initiatives.
The role will address complex business problems, customer journeys, operating models and delivery initiatives.
The portfolio may include process analysis, operating model design, continuous improvement, employee experience, implementation readiness, benefits assessment and responsible digital or AI-enabled opportunities.
Role Details
- The role is a 12-month secondment.
- The role is full time and based at 833 Collins Street, Melbourne, with hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Analyse customer servicing processes, journeys, hand-offs and operating impacts to identify opportunities for simplification and improved outcomes.
- Clarify business problems with stakeholders, test assumptions and turn complex information into practical recommendations.
- Define requirements, options, impacts and implementation considerations for transformation priorities.
- Facilitate working sessions across business, operations, technology, risk and delivery teams.
