The Business Analyst - Digital Delivery will support the Single Customer Front End program, which is intended to deliver a unified digital experience across multiple customer channels.

The role is based at 839 Collins Street, Docklands, Victoria.
Role Type and Hours
- This is a 12-month secondment role.
- The position is full-time with work hours of 40 hours per week.
What You Will Do
- Translate strategic business needs into clear requirements using analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and customer-centric insight.
- Support end-to-end delivery while embedding governance, risk awareness, and operational controls.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams through communication, listening, and influence.
