Working with product owners, software engineers, QA specialists and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will uncover business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and help create products that deliver meaningful customer value. The role influences product direction, supports delivery and uses data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

This is an opportunity to lead complex initiatives across our growing digital product portfolio, including Directory, Educate and Participate, while also helping develop and mentor a team of Business Analysts. You'll have the chance to explore emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, and ensure every change delivers measurable business outcomes.

Lead business analysis activities across BRCGS digital products, translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories.

Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges, find opportunities and ensure solutions align with business strategy and customer needs.

Support product delivery from discovery through to release, including testing, sprint planning and continuous improvement activities.

Use data and insights to evaluate performance, define success measures and support evidence-based decision making.
