Role purpose
Bridge customer requirements and Wipro delivery teams to develop and communicate suitable solutions.
Analyze customer needs and articulate them clearly to delivery and technical stakeholders.
Customer requirements and solutioning
- Gather and document stated and unstated customer requirements, scope, features, and functional and non-functional needs.
- Create workflow charts, diagrams, specifications, and RFP or RFI responses after researching customer requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, presales teams, technical leads, and architects on solution design.
- Present proposed solutions or prototypes and maintain customer feedback cycles.
Delivery support and testing
- Review test cases for complete requirements coverage and provide customer feedback to delivery teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis, facilitate change requests, and support quality assurance testing.
- Conduct integration testing and user acceptance demonstrations to validate implemented solutions.
- Help define project milestones and support timely, high-quality solution delivery.
