Role Purpose

Customer Engagement and Requirements

• Gather customer requirements and coordinate with client engagement partners on RFP and RFI needs.
• Document scope, functional and non-functional requirements, features, workflows, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, pre-sales teams, technical leads, and architects on RFP and RFI responses.
• Discuss financial and operational impacts of changes with relevant stakeholders.
• Seek customer clarifications and feedback and communicate design changes to delivery teams.
• Demonstrate proposed solutions or prototypes and maintain customer relationships.

Delivery and Solution Support

• Review test cases for complete coverage of customer requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis on proposed solutions, demonstrations, and prototypes.
• Manage change requests and support QA testing with timely inputs and feedback.
• Conduct integration testing and user acceptance demonstrations to validate implemented solutions.
• Use data modelling to analyze findings and design improvements.
