About the Role
dxesk is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join its team.
The intern will support requirements gathering, documentation, process analysis, and solution planning for software and digital products.
The role provides hands-on experience in business analysis, Agile workflows, and real-world product development cycles.
What You Will Do
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Support communication between stakeholders, developers, and designers.
- Help prepare Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Documents.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
- Assist in creating process flows, diagrams, and documentation.
- Collaborate with QA teams to understand test cases and requirements validation.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and user stories in Agile tools.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business processes and the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and document requirements clearly.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
