Role overview
Act as a key global HR systems resource and second-level support contact for HR systems across all global facilities.
Focus on Oracle HCM and ensure consistency of data and processes across HR systems.
Systems support
- Provide Oracle HR support and guidance for policy and procedure questions and issues from global users.
- Perform root cause analysis, escalate issues when needed, and coordinate with stakeholders and the core Oracle HR team.
- Deliver resolutions with the Oracle team, improve customer satisfaction, and provide backup to the HCM System Support Analyst.
Testing and projects
- Lead regression, user acceptance, and issue duplication testing and document results and issues.
- Execute Oracle and HR systems projects, implementations, and integrations.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams on system design.
- Develop rollout plans, support documentation, and communications or training for stakeholder adoption.
Process and reporting
- Analyze HR system processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend scalable technology-driven solutions.
