About the Role
The DB Implementation Team designs, implements, and supports integrated defined-benefit pension administration solutions.
The Business Analyst gathers client requirements, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and supports successful solution implementation.
The role works with solution architects, functional leads, developers, and quality assurance teams.
The position provides exposure to Pension, Health and Welfare, Payroll, and Finance modules.
Work Arrangement
- The role is 100% work from home with travel requirements for essential meetings.
What You’ll Do
- Gather and analyze client requirements for the integrated solution.
- Document business and operational needs for implementation and workflow automation.
- Evaluate and map business processes to data across pension plan management systems.
- Collaborate with architects, functional leads, and developers on solution creation and review.
- Define testing scope and criteria and work with quality assurance during execution.
