- Support upgrade planning, requirements validation, and business readiness activities
- Conduct requirements analysis and impact assessments for ETRM system upgrades
- Coordinate test planning activities with business stakeholders and QA leads
- Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Manage defects, test results, and issue tracking in partnership with QA teams
- Facilitate issue resolution and business decision making throughout the testing lifecycle
- Coordinate business sign offs for testing milestones, requirements validation, and production readiness
- Document functional, operational, and process impacts resulting from system upgrades
- Update business process maps, procedures, training materials, and supporting documentation
- Support cutover planning, go live readiness, deployment activities, and hypercare support
- Track and manage risks, issues, action items, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
Requirements
- 6 8 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Hands on experience with ETRM platforms such as Allegro, Endur, or Triple Point
- Experience supporting ETRM implementation, migration, or upgrade projects
- Strong understanding of energy trading and risk management processes, preferably within Power and Gas markets
- Expertise in requirements gathering, impact analysis, business process mapping, and functional documentation
- Experience coordinating SIT and UAT activities
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other test and defect management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

Role Overview

- Role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, QA teams, vendors, and project teams.

Required Skills & Experience
