- PRODUCT & SOLUTION DELIVERY Support the full software development lifecycle: from requirements through testing, business readiness and post go live hyper care. Write and execute PQ/UAT tests; track and resolve defects. Deliver assigned business readiness activities including; training (ELC’s) internal and external communications, SOP update coordination as required

- PRODUCT OWNERSHIP & SUPPORT Support management and prioritization of product backlogs. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned digital products. Where necessary, support issue resolution, bug fixes, and enhancements

- Bachelor’s Degree OR Experience in requirements elicitation, design, and delivery of software solutions within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare industries.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience performing requirements analysis and elicitation for software products and solutions using agile and waterfall methodologies
